The Delhi government report on JNU incident gives a clean chit to JNUSU president Kanhaiya and Umar Khalid. It has blamed Anirban, Ashutosh and outsiders of Kashmiri descent for raising pro-Afzal slogans and anti-India slogans. The Delhi government is now weighing legal options to look into the case.
